Throughout my 30-year journey, I've served as a beacon of positivity in many of the environments I inhabited. My technical savvy, social competence, creativity, and intuitive insights have helped me illuminate things others might miss. Whether as an artist, administrator, mentor, or strategist, I've partnered with leaders, teams, and individuals to help them achieve success.

Despite feeling rejected and unheard at times, every experience has brought unexpected gifts. When I lost my job as a talent manager during the 2020 pandemic, it seemed like a setback. But it turned out to be a blessing in disguise! It gave me the chance to finally start my consultancy and embrace all my talents. Now, I'm on a path to success that feels authentic and fulfilling.
